As I’ve seen in your video, your server is returning 503 Service Unavailable, the error is not related to plugin, it is related to your server, please try disabling any security plugin you are using, or please contact server/hosting support.

May you please ask your your to record the situation and send a short video, please ask them to keep browser console ( https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Browser_Console ) open.

Hi,
Please give me your link and temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check. It is probably a cache issue, may need to exclude the download links from cache if you are using a cache plugin.

WPDM will work fine in any standard WordPress environment. But, for the cloudways managed hosting, You need to contact their support.

You can customize the email templates using integrated editing in both free and pro versions.

There is no direct shortcode for showing file list, but you can achieve that in the following way:

# Create a link template using only the template tag [file_list] and save it
# Now use the template ID of newly created template with package shortcode [wpdm_package id='PID' template='NEW_FILELIST_TEMPLATE_ID']

Hello @coumoliv,
the parameter should be remains=1.
I’ve tested here : https://yenedesigns.com/download-limit/
And it is working fine.
