@Hector Galvan, it is happening due to an issue in your CSV file, line #37, the title contains a ,, which actually breaks the CSV column count for that row, so, you need to put the title within double quote ( "..." ).
ex: "JUEGO PATOLOGICO. Distorsions Cognitives, escala."
Then, the csv import will work fine again.

@redchair, I just checked, the message only shows when class ZipArchive is not defined, and that only happens if zlib is not installed or not working properly. May you please contact with your server/hosting support.

And may you please also give me the URL where you are seeing zlib error, also, if possible temporary wp-admin login info.
