I didn’t change my workflow, conditions on server didn’t change either. I work for month with download manager and it worked perfect.
Now I get the 0 Byte-error or error message that file is corrupted or destroyed, but files are okay. It’s linked on the pdf-symbol too. It doesn’t matter if I upload file directly onto server or choose from the library. Any ideas?

When downloading an individual file in a package protected with email lock, a txt-file (invalid-link.txt) is downloaded. It sais : Download link is expired or not valid. Please get new download link.

cache is set to 777
I deleted the //$extralock … in functions.php (this was mentioned in other posts)
.htacces is set up for permalink

… what else could this be ?

trying to download the whole package gives : fatal error ‘ziparchive’…..

removing the email lock makes an individual download possible. The package download remains in error.

looks like your site url and home url are different. anyhow please send a temporary wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com, i’ll check the issue.

actually [download_link] generate full html for link ( link label + download url )
but there you can use [page_url] or [download_url], but [download_url] will work for public downloads only.

Hi I have a big problem with link list of download generated after wp change directory

i.e-: http://www.vigilanzaprivataonline.com/muh/?wpdmdl=144
instead of the right one: http://www.vigilanzaprivataonline.com/?wpdmdl=144

In posts i have add relative link (?wpdmdl=144) and I have no problem

Also your Tinymace Button plugin kills tynimace bar (maybe the same problem?)

What can I do?

Hi,

Please see the following attachment, I have 3 questions:

1. I would like to learn how to change the CSS individual download button from CSS white colour to a PNG image button? I know that it can be done on the [download_link] shortcut code but when the “individual down item” is activated in the configuration page. The details spread out and these individual CSS buttons show up. Just wanna learn a way to change them to graphical image button.

2. How to change the highlight colour for the row? My existing is white color.

3. How to disable the separator (white line) of each row?

Hi!

So far we used the free version of “Download Manager”. Today we purchased the pro version. When I install the pro version, the file links to the uploaded files with the free version are all lost. How can I upgrade to the pro version but keep the file links from the free version?

don’t worry, we are still working on hotlink protection add-on and many other features are coming soon.

@powerongrfx, please mail your login again to support@wpdownloadmanager.com, support team will check your issue. I heard they already resolved your speed control add-on issue once.

I find another problem, when I click download, add email and try download, first I see screen from attachement and on my email i will receive download link, but I can download zip with 0kB.

Hey there – could you take a look at a plugin conflict for me?

When the Download Manager Pro is activated, the UberMenu on the Phone version of my site doesn’t work (It’s like the menu is a dead link or something).

Attached are two screen shots to show what the menu should look like and what it looks like when DMP is installed.

UberMenu and This Plugin are two very important aspects for my site! I need them both to work in perfect harmony!!

I don’t think you need to activate it once you buy it. How have you been adding your downloads with FTP or a public url download address. I currently have mines setup by FTP and its working with the Block Hotlink.

Hello,

I have a page with multiple download link shortcodes. Each one has an audio preview, and if I play one, and then play another, the first audio preview doesn’t stop. This means that multiple previews play at the same time, which is very confusing to users who are previewing the song before downloading. How can I prevent multiple audio previews from playing simultaneously?
