URGENT: User Page and Link Templates Disappeared

This issue has occurred again for me today after upgrading from WP Download Manager Pro 4.9.8 to 5.0.1. The two custom link templates and one page template that I designed are both gone AGAIN. The plugin then reverted each package back to one of the default templates already included with the plugin. I rolled back to version 4.9.8 but the custom link and page templates are STILL gone. The last time this happened, I had to rebuild my templates from scratch and reassign them to every package which takes a long time (I have 100 packages) which wastes a lot of time.

I saw another person recently had this issue happen to them but you weren’t able to figure out why their templates disappeared. (https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/custom-link-templates-are-gone/)

We either need to have an easy way to backup our custom templates so that they can be restored easily since rolling back the database didn’t work or it might be better to store the custom templates in a directory where they won’t get overridden by plugin updates.

Please check ASAP to see if the templates can be restored. Thank you.

I’m experiencing an issue using WPDM on one page translated with WPML.
I have some not translatable documents, I need to insert them in one page (italian) and its translation (english) as well.

So I created the italian page and its translation, then I put the same shortcode in both. This is the shortcode I used: [wpdm-all-packages items_per_page="50" categories="category1, category2" jstable=1 order_by="date" cols="title,file_count,download_count|post_content|categories|publish_date|download_link"
colheads="Title|Newspaper|Category|Date|Download"]

I expected to have two identical tables, but I got that only the page in italian displays the correct cols and colhead, In english page the post_content parameter is completely ignored.
Could you please help me? Is it possible to display the same table on both pages, without creating translations of each single downloads package?

Hello, I am currently new to wordpress and am using download manager for some pdf files to be downloaded on a password protected page. I have both bootstrap css and js selected to make the shortcode work in ninja tables. The problem is it is putting a close button in the lower left corner of the page. If i turn off the bootstrap css the button goes away but makes the shortcode links in ninja tables go off the page. If i select both css and js it makes the shortcodes show normal but i get a close button at the bottom of the page under the footer.
Any help would be most appreciated.

I have been trying with my hosting company for two weeks to troubleshoot the issue of all files uploaded for use in the Download Manager are now redirecting to my 404 Page Not Found error page.

Permissions are correct on the /download folder. Firewall and security settings are not causing the problem and yet, even if I upload a new file through the plug-in and then insert the download link on a page I get the error re-direct.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
