Hi since the update importing the CSV is not going right. See below my CSV file and for example it’s not picking the right page template.
For example i imported this:

If you want to disable showing on-page or sending the download link to email, you need to select “Wait for approval” option

@shahjada .. so, got the email to trigger .. but is there a way to “by-pass” the email to download the document? I really just want to leverage the plugin to capture the visitors info (first name, last name, phone, company, email) and then allow Constant Contact to send the document link via the automation. In essence, the WPDM is acting as a lead capture lock and providing the required fields ensures we are building a strong contact database.

[wpdm_all_packages jstable=1 cols="page_link,post_content,package_size|categories|update_date|download_link"]Then the display/search toolbar doesn’t show for me and the column titles are not clickable to sort the table. Is this expected behavior?
For search option in single multiple files, there needs some customization, you may knock here, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=upgrade, for the single files you may share the attached links

Sorry, I’m not sure what you mean “use category ID separately”.
And why do we need to explicitly add child categories. This wasn’t the case 12 months ago.

thanks for the response. Can we add category id to [wpdm_tag]? and if so, does it include child categories?

I’m having the same problem with the display/search toolbar not showing and the column titles not being clickable to sort the table. What was the solution?

Might you have any idea why clicking one of the zip download links on this page https://meyersound.com/product/compass/#software can take well over a minute for the download to begin? Especially the links for larger files like the top one: Compass 4.8.2 macOS. It makes sense that they would take time to actually download, but I can’t understand why just starting the download process might take so long. I know my visitors will think something is broken.
The page requires a login. I’ve created the credentials below:

For removing Facebook/twitter link, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for adjusting the issue,
and for subscribing email address once when one wants to download multiple files, we shall add an option in the next update

The shortcode you suggested would require me to make dozens of pages using that shortcode and filter down to the specific categories I am looking for. In my original link https://www.waukbearing.com/resources/download-center/ you can see we are using one main directory page. So your suggestion will not work.
Is it possible to add the “operator (string) ► ‘IN’, ‘AND’” or something similar to the wpdm_archive_filter shortcode? Another option would be to use the wpdm-archive shortcode, which is what I was using before the newest update and the addition of the new wpdm_archive_filter shortcode.
Hello all,
There was an update to the plugin again, so I attempted to update it on the WordPress plugin page. It failed again (as it always does). The error said “The Update failed…the package could not be installed.” After that, the WPDM Directory Add-On stopped working and now our shortcake doesn’t work.
So, I downloaded the most recent versions of both plugins: Download Manager and WPDM – Archive Page. I uploaded them and activated them and now they appear to be activated and working. However, our shortcode doesn’t work (the raw shortcode just shows up directly on the page) and that area of our website is completely broken…again.
Here is the shortcode that we are using:
[wpdm-archive cat_view=”extended” button_style=”default” showcount=0 link_template=”5c830ecaed300″ items_per_page=”30″ order_by=”date” order=”desc” cols=1]
Can you let me know what I am doing wrong? Updating the plugin never works when I do it through the WordPress Plugins page (this is like the 4th time I have gone through this). Then when I upload the new version, it breaks the Archive Page shortcode.
It seems like there’s something wrong with how I am working.

sir i tried the mask unmask setting also but when i changed link to unmask download link then my setting not saving. plz help meCan you please provide a screenshot for your issue please for getting elaborate more on your issue, there is an available mask/unmasking download link and for file list, there is the single download link for every file

I am using wpdm pro, i want to hide or redirect my direct download link from user, i mean when someone copy my Download link, so it’s shall copy the package link, not the exact Download link.

Hi – none of the link templates works in my installation. No matter which is selected, just text appears against the standard download button. The link templates do not preview either, instead just showing the site home page. I’ve also tried a default theme and that does not solve it.

I set the “Category Page Template” to “use link template”
I even set the “who can have access to packages under this category” to “administrator” onlyI view the files page incognito view and still see all the files (when I click to download it tells me to login to download)

When you are using js table, sorting depend on the columns used to show the table, so, as you want to sort the table by publish date, I have configured the shortcode like this:
