When using packages hosted on Dropbox, integrated throudh WP Download Dropbox Plugin, the download count is not updated after downloading.

My website name is Booktree.Ng. When you try downloading different files, the lazy download plugin will only redirect to the first file downloaded. It’s like after the first download, the plug-in caches that file and serves other uses the same file irrespective of the download link they clicked on my website
No – I do not need filtering. We already have that. I need the deep linking to a specific category that was previously provided as a script for us to customize the plugin for that. So Based on the image on the link below in the previous version you can add New membership orders.

In the new version The orders Section Has been Removed, and there is no way to manually Set up a payment method manually via the admin dashboard.
There is also no way of transferring existing customers to stripe.

There is no up to datereference documentation, that I am aware of.
I have purchased Download Manager Pro, The all plugins and all payment gateways packages am unable to perform the operations on which I have based my purchases (not your fault).

I think external site product download link, you can put through the Insert Url option, you can check this option,

Nayeem – We have been using WPDM successfully for several years. The problem only arose when we updated to the latest version, and only affect downloads created since that update. So I don’t think it’s a server problem. Please sene me a link to download the previous version so we can go back to that version for now.

and for the custom template, you can create it manually from plugins download-manger > tpls > link-templates folder or the templates also support <?PHP ?> format,

Once I activate WPDM the complete wordpress site goes offline and I need to follow reset link sent by WP which leads only to the solution of disabling WPDM.

Thanks for the fast response, but this isn’t quite what I’m looking for. Here’s the use case:
Product A is sold on another vendor site. That site has its own login, payment gateway, and checkout process. Product A cannot be downloaded or purchased from my site.
However, I’d like to create a page on my site for Product A using WPDM. This way, Product A is included in my site’s product catalog, with the same look and feel as other products on my site. But when a visitor goes to my Product A page, the “Buy Now” button links to the Product A page on the 3rd-party site, and *that’s* where they make their purchase and download.
Is this possible?

I assume you mean in the WP dashboard? If I got to Downloads>Templates I see Link Templates, Page Templates and Email Templates non of which have author-dashboard.php
You can do that with the current download button by enabling “Open in browser” option from wpdm settings.
However, linking it with the title will require code customization.
Anyhow, we shall add an option to preview pdf by clicking the file list item, with the next update of our pdf viewer add-on.

I need to tell the user that by disabling this section or let the user know that he don’t have permission.
