The only available option is to cancel the upcoming billing cycle through PayPal/Stripe.
Sorry for the misunderstanding,
please try this short-code
[wpdm_category id="Category Slug or Slugs" operator="IN" title="Custom Title Here or 1" desc="Custom Description or 1" toolbar="1" paging="1" orderby="field name" order="asc or desc" items_per_page="10" template="Template ID" cols=4 colspad=2 colsphone=1 async=1]
Allow me a moment, I have to check if it is possible or not.
You can ask your users to cancel the next billing cycle from their account to prevent any interruption in access. Here’s a screenshot to assist you: screenshot
It will cancel the next billing period and cut off access to the site.
Hello,
I hope you’re doing well. You have to do this manually by clicking the CANCEL button under Membership > Subscriptions > Active.

Hello !
We’ve investigated the issue, and it appears that the primary reason the template isn’t working is that the custom CSS you’ve applied on the staging site isn’t being applied to the file. Typically, templates don’t work with the [all_packages] shortcode.
You may try using the following shortcode to apply the ASSA template: [wpdm_packages template="59a514cce1f0f" cols=1]
This should allow the template to function properly.
Let us know if you need further assistance!
Okay, we are checking why this template is not working, and I will give you an update on Sunday. Thanks for your patience.

Please use this short-code to show categories in the front end

Please check and let me know if this works for you.

As you mentioned, the revision option is currently available for pages and posts. I will discuss with my development team to see if it’s possible to implement revisions for packages as well. I’ll provide you with an update here once I have more information.

Yes, Pro Membership can replace Ultimate Member Plugin. You can set different roles according to your plans(e.g: Pro, Free). Download maangaer can provide login, registration facility.
Here you can see the demo of Pro Membership.
Could you kindly explain the reasoning behind having two separate registration types? One for standard users and another for Premium users?
So, if I understand correctly, you want your premium users to have access to both premium and standard packages, while standard users (subscribers) should only have access to standard packages, not premium ones. Is that correct?
If so, you can easily achieve this using our Pro Membership add-on.
Please check and let me know.
