Hello,
Thanks for reaching out.
Please follow the steps below to ensure that the custom template is not deleted after the plugin update:
1. Copy page-templates or link-templates directory from /plugins/download-manager/src/package/views directory to your active theme directory.
2. Make a new directory as download-manager in your active theme directory.
3. Now remove all files from {active-theme}/download-manager/page-templates or link-templates except the template files you need to update.
4. Update/copy template file(s) in {active-theme}/download-manager/page-templates or link-template directory as per your need.
Note: If you save link/page template by following the mentioned steps it will be deleted after a theme update.

We have checked the all_packages shortcode(All Downloads) table, and the filter and spinner appear to be working correctly. This issue may be caused by a conflict with the theme or another plugin.
Could you please try deactivating all plugins except Download Manager to check for a potential conflict?
Please let us know how it goes.

– If you want the Download label to appear after purchase instead of Add to Cart, it will require customization.
– After the first download from the purchases page, all downloaded packages will appear in the Download History along with their package names, allowing users to easily identify them by title. In an upcoming update, we may also add a search option to this section.
