Are you using the following template variables inside the Notify Subscribers email body: {{user_first_name}}, {{user_last_name}}, {{package_name}}, and {{package_url}}? Please let me know.

The logic is set up so that if a limit is set to 0, it allows the user to download the file unlimited times. Please use -1 to restrict any role from downloading the file.

Kindly make sure that, you have followed these steps,

1. From Downloads > Settings > Premium Package > Taxes, set the tax rate for the countries you want to apply tax. screenshot
2. From Downloads > Settings > Premium Package > Basic > Allowed Countries, select the countries where you have applied the taxes. screenshot screenshot
3. The tax will automatically be added to the cart When the user selects their country from the Billing Address. screenshot
