Yes, the subscribers in the Download Managers are considered “email lock” subscribers(for particular packages) and are distinct from Pro Membership subscribers. The sales report will cover all items sold, regardless of whether they were downloaded by member subscribers or Download Manager subscribers.

The reset time is calculated based on the time you set. For example, if you set it today at 5 PM for 1 day, the system will count 24 hours from that time and reset at 5 PM the following day.
So, if you set a reset time for 1 day starting at 11 PM on February 3rd, you’ll be able to download again starting at 1 AM on February 4th, and you can continue until you reach your download limit. If you reach your limit, you’ll need to wait until 11 PM on February 4th for the next reset.
