Hello,
I hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
The feature you’re looking for—creating groups and assigning specific packages—is not available. However, you can use the Advanced Access Control add-on to manage user-specific access to your files and document downloads. https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-access-control/
Kindly check
Glad to hear that the problem has been fixed.
We both have the same role, and it’s working on my end, so it’s puzzling that it isn’t on yours. Have you tried switching browsers to see if that helps?
As a final option, try reducing the number of columns in the Screen Options to see if that allows the shortcode column to expand.
This is not for user. You can try copying the code using copy button also.
Try clearing the cache or try a different browser/incognito mode might help.
Hello,
Thanks for reaching out.
Kindly share login credentials in a private reply to check the issue.

Could you please provide a valid account number for registration? I need it to verify whether the Customer Role is added after the registration process.
Thank you!
Could you kindly share the WP-login credentials? After reviewing, I will provide you with an update by Monday.
Glad to hear that it’s working now.
The issue was caused by the file names, particularly the spaces. I have now enabled the Sanitize Filename option in the settings.

After canceling the free subscription, the ‘Customer’ role remains unchanged. Please see the screenshot for reference.
When a customer signs up for a Pro membership, they should be assigned two roles: one as the Default Role and the other from the Pro membership plan. Have you checked your site’s New User Default Role in the general settings?
In my case, the default role is Customer and I have a free subscription via Pro membership. You can view my current roles here. If a user cancels their subscription, the ‘Customer’ role will remain unchanged as the default role.
Kindly share the files which you are trying to upload
Hello, Cedric
I hope you are doing well and thanks for contacting us.
I have created a test package to check and it’s working fine. Kindly try clearing the cache from Downloads > Settings > Privacy > Cache & Statistiques > Clear All Cache and then upload the files again.
Let me know if the problem persists.

I’ve noticed that yesterday’s downloads are being counted towards the download limits, but they aren’t reflected in the statistics. I’ll provide you with an update as soon as I have more information on this.

Unfortunately, the option to replace files is not available in Download Manager Free. However, you can access this feature in Download Manager Pro under the When File Already Exists option.
Is it working now?
I have conducted a thorough review, and since you have reset the download limit for that user, it’s a bit challenging for us to identify the issue. To help debug this, could you please ask the user to attempt the download again? It would also be helpful to monitor any downloads from that user to see if the statistics are accurately capturing the downloads.
Ok, I am checking once again
