Unfortunately,there is currently no way to stop the creation of FTP images, so you’ll need to delete them manually.

We have identified the problem and are investigating why the email isn’t being sent; I’ll update you shortly.

Could you please share the link where the “No downloads found” message is appearing?
I’m looking into why the access level isn’t working and will give you an update.

Unfortunately, you can’t upload files directly to S3 bucket via dropzone.
