Good morning, Sherry. I hope you are doing well.
Glad to hear that you got the verification prompt working! I’m not a Twilio expert, but as far as I know, a trial account will function normally until you reach the usage limit. The account itself remains active, so it’s essentially permanent. I’d recommend reaching out to Twilio support—they’ll be able to provide more accurate guidance.
If you have any further questions, feel free to ask!

Could you please tell me which short-code you are using for that table?
Hello,
I hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Could you please share the relevant URL along with your wp-login credentials? Also, it would be helpful if you could provide a bit more detail about the “board tool” you’re referring to, so we can better understand the setup and assist you accordingly.
Please check and let me know.

It’s a bit strange that 2FA is working fine on my end. Let’s resolve the update issue first, and then I’ll check again
Please follow these steps below for updating the Plugin,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.
To enable the auto-update, login to your WPDM account from the Downloads > Settings > License tab. If login is successful and you have an active subscription then you can update the future releases right from your plugins page.
Thanks for sharing the credentials.
I have downloaded a couple of files, and each one downloaded fine. Could you please share a specific file that contains a ‘#’ or one that is not downloadable for you?
Please check and let me know.
Regards

At the moment, this feature isn’t available, but I’ll check with our development team to see if it’s something we can include in a future update. I’ll keep you posted with any updates right here.
I’ve tested the login twice using the tester account, and everything is working fine on my end. Could you please try clearing your browser cache and logging in via an incognito window?
Please check and let me know.
Are you referring to an automated email template?
We’ve looked into the issue and it appears that the email configuration may not be set up yet, which is likely why the emails aren’t being delivered. Kindly configure the email settings from your hosting dashboard to resolve this.
Hello,
Thanks for reaching out.
We are investigating the issue and will give you an update shortly.

Have you set up a cron job from your hosting control panel for the following URL: http://your-site-name.com/?cron_handle=1?
Please check and let me know.

When you share data from a server such as Google Drive or Dropbox, Download Manager simply links the direct download URL from the server. So when a user clicks the download button, the file is downloaded directly from Google Drive.
