We have tested downloading large files on our end, and everything is working fine. Could you please let us know where you are hosting your files and how you are uploading them? If you have a staging site available, it would be even easier for us to investigate and identify the cause of the issue.
Please check and let us know. Thank you!
We are checking on our end and will give you an update shortly.
The padding is coming from your theme. Kindly use this CSS code in your themes custom CSS section
#wpdmcat-tree ul {
padding-left: 12px;
}
If you’d like, you can purchase a single license and use it on both your staging site and live site — but only one domain at a time. If you want to keep the live site active while also working on a staging site, then you would need an additional license.
Regarding the version leap from 6.3.6 to 6.7 — yes, we do have experience with updates across multiple versions. In most cases, the update process goes smoothly.
However, because there are always slight risks (such as compatibility with themes or other plugins), setting up a staging site first is the safest approach. Also make sure you have a full backup of your site before proceeding. That way, if anything unexpected comes up, you can quickly restore.

Hello,
Thanks for reaching out.
The design currently applies a 20px padding to child categories relative to their parent category. Would you like all categories to be displayed without any padding, aligned in a straight line instead?
Regards
Please give it a try and let us know the outcome. I appreciate your understanding.

Yes, kindly apply the license into your live site and then check if the plugin updates or not.
For registration issue: To check for any potential conflicts, can I try deactivating the plugins and switching the theme in your staging site ?
It’s a bit challenging for us to pinpoint exactly what’s triggering the download, as custom code is being applied on your end. We hope you understand.
Are you uploading the files from pCloud or from your device—the ones that weren’t fully downloaded?
We are checking it again and will provide you with an update shortly.
Is this issue occurring only with HubSpot forms, or with other forms too?
Normally, in terms of form lock when a user clicks on the final Download button that appears after submitting the form then the the system counts it as a download.
Welcome.🤗
