We are currently evaluating the feasibility of skipping URL encoding. If everything goes smoothly, we plan to remove URL encoding in the next update.
To ensure safety, we recommend keeping a backup of your current Amazon S3 plugin. This way, if URL encoding is not included in the next update, your Amazon S3 setup will remain unaffected.
Hello,
Thanks for reaching out.
To turn off auto-renew for your WPDM subscription, you’ll need to submit a cancellation request through your user dashboard. Here’s the process : https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/how-do-i-turn-off-auto-renew-for-my-wpdm-pro-subscription/

Extremely sorry for the oversight.
We skipped the URL encoding through code customization in the Amazon S3 plugin installed on your site.
Hello,
Thanks for reaching out.
Please follow these steps to login to your site and fix the captcha api,
-
1. Log in to cPanel
2. Open File Manager
3. Go to: public_html/wp-content/plugins/
4. Find the folder: download-manager
5. Rename it, for example: download-manager-disable
6. You should now be able to log in (WPDM is disabled) via this url
your-site/wp-admin7. Rename the folder back to: download-manager and activate the plugin from plugins section
8. Go to WP Download Manager settings and fix the captcha / API key
There is also a Test reCAPTCHA option available. Please use it to verify that the captcha is working properly before activating the sign up/sign in reCAPTCHA settings.
You can also do the same process via FTP (using FileZilla or any FTP client). The steps are same, just navigate to the wp-content/plugins/ directory and rename the plugin folder.
let me how it goes.

Glad to hear that, the problem has been resolved.
The warnings are appearing from wordpress-seo plugin.
As I mentioned, the error occurred due to older version of PHP of your server and Download manager v7.1.0.
I just updated the Download Manager plugin from v7.1.0 to v7.2.0(this is compatible with older PHP version) .
Always use the latest plugin version for security and compatibility. Keep a backup of the previous version so you can restore it if the new update causes issues.
If you encounter any issues, please report them to us so we can solve it as soon as possible.
The error occurred due to a compatibility issue between an older PHP version and Download Manager version 7.1.0.
We have added backward compatibility for older PHP versions in Download Manager version 7.2.0. I have installed the latest version in your site, the plugin is now active and working correctly.
We recommend updating your server’s PHP version to 8.0 or higher for improved performance and compatibility.
Please check and let me know.
