The warning is showing the frontend because in your wp-config.phpfile WP_DEBUGis set to TRUE.

To solve this,
Login to your hosting CPanel, then click on Public_HTML directory, you can quickly locate the wp-config.php file. Set the define( 'WP_DEBUG', false ); in the source code and save changes at the end.

To solve the issue,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

To enable the auto-update, login to your WPDM account from the Downloads > Settings > License tab. If login is successful and you have an active subscription then you can update the future releases right from your plugins page.

{download_date}: Date when the user downloads the PDF
{order_id}: Unique ID number for this purchase receipt
{sitename}: Your site name

Unfortunately, you have to do it manually.

You can easily edit the category by clicking on the category name. Edit Category Page

After changing the slug name click on update button and it will change the slug name.

Normally, if you name a category for example “Book” then the slug name will automatically set as “book”. If you want to put your own customized slug you can do it from Slug

Exactly this one(the one you have attached) is not possible in Download Manager.You can only show the packages in a tabular format not the folders or sub-folders.
