Steps to Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
1. Create a Twilio Account
To begin, create a Twilio account by visiting the following link: Sign up for Twilio. After signing up, retrieve your Account SID, Auth Token, and Service SID, and enter them into the 2FA Settings section in Downloads Settings > TwoFactor Auth
2. Download Manager Settings.
Select the Correct Login Page. Ensure that the default login page is selected. Two-factor authentication will only work with the default Download Manager login page. You can select the default login page here.

We’ve looked into why https://www.med-in-occ.org/packages-test/?cp=3 redirects to https://www.med-in-occ.org/packages-test/ for guest users, which is the cause of this problem.
This isn’t an issue with the Download Manager. Please contact your server support team for further help.

The “Disable Watermark” feature ensures that watermarks will not be applied to selected users. For instance, if the “Administrator” role is selected, the watermark will be excluded for users with that role.

You can also use Hide Everything feature, which will hide packages if the user role is not authorized to download it. Here is a screenshot for your assistance.

Currently, a single license cannot be used for both sites. To use the license on multiple sites, you will need to opt for the business license.

Sometimes, you may need to move your license to a different domain, like development to production, in such cases, you can remove the linked domain to use the key with a new domain.
Since we didn’t encounter this error from our end, that is why we have to check from your end
