We have an WPDM account in good standing with the license intact and not yet expired. When I try to log in on the WPDM website to access support, the email associated with the account (and displayed on the invoice/order) is rejected as not being an existing account. I had to create a new account with a different email just to access this support forum to post this message. How can I go about regaining access to the Pro account we are paying for?
