Search is working fine.
The warning is showing the frontend because in your wp-config.phpfile WP_DEBUGis set to TRUE.

To solve this,
Login to your hosting CPanel, then click on Public_HTML directory, you can quickly locate the wp-config.php file. Set the define( 'WP_DEBUG', false ); in the source code and save changes at the end.

To solve the issue,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

To enable the auto-update, login to your WPDM account from the Downloads > Settings > License tab. If login is successful and you have an active subscription then you can update the future releases right from your plugins page.

{email}: User’s email address
{date}: Date of the purchase
{publish_date}: Package publish date
{download_date}: Date when the user downloads the PDF
{order_id}: Unique ID number for this purchase receipt
{sitename}: Your site name

1. Download the purchased file from the guest order page.
2. An email will be sent to the guest user with a sign-up link. After signing up, the user can easily download the file.
