I have created the download-manager directory in your ../themes/betheme/ directory.

However, to keep the changes even if you update theme just follow the below steps:
I found that you are using Betheme.
So first I would suggest you to activate child theme by following the below tut:
https://www.betheme.com/tutorial/how-to-set-up-child-theme-with-betheme/

Then when your activated theme is the Betheme child theme, just move the download-manager directory from the betheme directory.

Actually I have spent much times with this issue. whenever I changed the date to 2021 it just disappears.
What I think that there are many files in your website.
The query is long for the files and it is not working properly which is the reason behind it.
Sometimes I am also facing the 500 http error.

You also used to use a cached plugin, maybe the cache plugin just allowed query for one year. I am not sure about this as in the advanced access control addon there is no option for setting limit for one year. and in my testing environment, I haven’t faced the issue.
You can increase server php limits and other limits to check if the issue still persists.

Found the issue in your downloaded membership plugin. Yes it creates error
However, I would suggest to remove that and again download it from wpdm download and update and activate it again.
It will make me confirmed about the issue of wp pro membership.

What I think the plugin you are using Autoptimize plugin.
Which is a cache plugin. It is causing the javascript conflict.
Just clear cache, disable or make wpdm pages exception from it.
I hope it will solve the issue.

I am sorry showing [version] is not available for file lists. It is available only for download package. File list is shown using [file_list] template tags.
You can check the template tags, file_list, file_list_extended but none of those show single file version.

You have to use [audio_player] template tag in page template to show audio player.
As you are using free version you can’t edit templates tag directly.

In the free
You just need to follow this:

1. Copy page-templates directory from /plugins/download-manager/src/package/views directory to your active theme directory.
2. Make a new directory as download-manager in your active theme directory.
3. Now remove all files from {active-theme}/download-manager/page-templates except the template files you need to update.
4. Update template file(s) in {active-theme}/download-manager/page-templates directory as per your need.

No I found that access was denied even for me with the role you provided..
I followed the solution I provided to you and the files appeared in the category you provided. Just test it.
Please recheck the access permission. Also I found you are using advanced user access addon before. Maybe you could set access using that.

Thanks for buying wpdm.
When you create packages, you need to choose a template. By default, it is selected as default template. For bulk changes you have to use the below addon with wpdm

Make sure that you are using the latest version of wpdm and all the addons of wpdm.
The latest version of wpdm is 6.1.2 .and latest version of wpdm directory is 4.4.2. I hope it will solve the issue

I think no limit to show thumb gallery as long as you are able to add additional images for packages.

To use it with that plugin, just follow there doc.
If it needs any class or any html elements, just edit the page template in that way so that the lightbox loads properly.
