You can add emails manually to the subscribers list from the Campaigns > Subscribers menu.
You can create different email lists and campaigns for different level of users.

You have to add the shortcode in a new page. That could be gutenberg or non-gutenberg editor.
It will work fine. Just check the shortcodes and shortcode parameter to correctly use in your website.

Both wpdm
I checked that file. There is no codes related to audio player. Also audio player is not a pro feature. Both our pro and free version updated simultaneously.
However, There could be other reasons like conflict with other plugin or cache plugin. Or changing theme may solve the issue.
So in this case I would suggest to disable all plugins or change theme and find the exact issue.

You have to create a custom template to
taxonomy-wpdmcategory.php
the template for custom taxonomy “wpdmcategory”, will show Download Manager package when you open a WordPress Download Manager category URL. Usually, you can create a copy from archive.php and rename it to taxonomy-wpdmcategory.php

However, If you need further assistant to add text in category page and sort order please create a new topic and mention my name there so that I will reply the topic. This topic is old and going to be big.

I have created a new example page and just set login3 page from the frontend settings in your site.
That is not causing any issues. Also tested in my local server. There is no related issue too. So it is not a bug from our plugin. Other bugs are already reported to the developer team.

That shortcode doesn’t take users to a new page.
Please test in in a new blank page. You will understand it clearly.

Also, to make or modify custom search function please modify the header.php file that is included with your theme. There is no shortcode of us that can replace the search function because search function is a theme feature.

However, you can use our below theme which is basically created for using wpdm. You can check the search function there has a great way to search wpdm files.

The modal logo is being get buy adding site icon from the customizer.
However, I have forwarded the issue to change it to logo again.
The login page is missing header and footer. I think in this case just replace that by creating a new page with elementor. You can use this shortcode instead of elementor for that page.
Also for dropzone, as it is a new feature, some updates of it will come in the next update of wpdm I hope then the issues will be gone.

[wpdm_search_result] is a shortcode to use in post or page. You can use it in header.php file in this format <?php echo do_shortcode( '[wpdm_search_result]' );?> but that may break the page design when results are loaded as it doesn’t show results in a page.
