No you used search shortcode there. That is the reason not showing. It will not show any files. Because of shortcode.

Sorry, It is not possible to create new child categories. But if you already have created the hierarchy in the admin area, then it is possible to assign parent and child from bulk import.

However, you can use our below addon with wpdm to make a waiting page after clicking download button where you can show any message as well as ads.

With only wpdm, you are not able to show categories using shortcode. What you can do is to select categories to show all packages.
In my last reply I showed you an example and the necessary shortcode to use to show category blocks.

However, You can check the demo here and demo for the available shortcode with only wpdm.

Please check those and let me know what do you like then I can tell you what to add to show like that.
