If you want to show specific categoreis just add parameter with id slug in shortcode like:

I have just checked it. Please make sure the app is created and activated properly from here and it is working as I see the below worning.

For facebook, I found that no app is created and linked from Downloads > Settings > Social Settings . That is the reason it is not working too.

If you need the feature to share via facebook, twitter then you need the suggested addon. Otherwise wpdm pro has the feature to form lock using like/follow feature of social media. Let me know please if you are facing issue with like feature. I will check that.

Currently with wpdm pro, only email and name is possible to send. You can use wpdm custom fields to add other fields there.
However, if you need to add large contents in form, you need to use wpdm form lock addon.

1. To update templates of wpdm directory addon ,
Please follow:

For advanced search left, the templates are located in ../src/templates/filter/views

2. You should add category paramter there then category slug. Example: [wpdm_archive_filter items_per_page=”10″ template=”default” cols=3 category="category-slug"]

3.It is possible with wpdm pro. Please make sure you have activated download manager pro in your site. Latest version is 6.4.2

4. You just need to add link template id in the parameter in the shortcode.Example: template="image_hover"

It is happening because of the cache w3 total cache activated in your site. Generally caching alwyas shows the cached version of website instead of live site. So changes take time to be applied. If you disable cache, the issue will be fixed.

I found the behaviour is same for chrome too. I can confirm it is not a wpdm cross browser issue.

Please make sure the featured image is set properly. Also wait some time after selecting the image to load it there.

It will solve the issue.
