When publishing new packages they do not show up in Chrome, Edge but they show up in Firefox.

I have found that everything is showing properly in chrom browser.
Please check my testing here

Hello,

I found the behaviour is same for chrome too. I can confirm it is not a wpdm cross browser issue.

Please make sure the featured image is set properly. Also wait some time after selecting the image to load it there.

Hello,

Thanks for your reply and detailed explanation.

It is happening because of the cache w3 total cache activated in your site. Generally caching alwyas shows the cached version of website instead of live site. So changes take time to be applied. If you disable cache, the issue will be fixed.
