I am not sure what did you do actually. Did you activated any plugin in the meantime? It was working fine when I first visited with both username and email.

but now even I am not able to search by username.

I have just checked it. It is working fine. it filters by username/email. I made a test package and downloaded. It filters properly even shows other users including admin too.

However, I see you are using 6.0.1. Please update to the latest version 6.0.3 of WPDM to get many issues fixed.

Sorry for any misunderstanding.
You added only two videos here about activating/deactivating plugins. I didn’t find any issue there.
Also I have just checked that advanced custom fields activated. But Still I don’t see any issue with downloads. There is advanced custom field in download package.
I may have missed it. Could you please share related url and description about the issue so that I can get it?

If you are using wpdm pdf viewer, you can remove this from plugins> wpdm-pdf-viewer> tpls> viewer.php then removing 301 number line of code: <button id="print" class="toolbarButton print hiddenMediumView btn btn-info btn-xs" title="Print" tabindex="33" data-l10n-id="print"><i class="fa fa-print"></i></button>

Make sure that WPDM and all add-ons you are using of WPDM are in the latest version. If you can’t update it directry from WordPress dashboard, Please update from here.

I updated wpdm- extended shortcode addon. Changed templates to the custom template biophorum but don’t see any other issues with templates.

I have just checked that you are using a outdated version of wpdm. Please update your wpdm version to the latest 6.0.3 from here
It should fix the issues.

Please try to update WPDM to the latest update 6.0.3 . This version has fixed many issues of 6.0.0.
And please update advanced custom field to 2.2.5 .

Then if the issues persist, please provide admin access of your website in a private reply. Here we will investigate the issue further to solve it quickly.
