Please remove the current my account pages with translations and create new page with translated versions as I see some pages with account-2 links

If I select the theme Betheme, WPDM working properly.
Please check the child theme and the changes you did for the Betheme child theme.

It is a bug of WPDM free version. It will be fixed in the next updates.
However, In the meantime you can add title and description manually within the quotes.

Yes it is possible with WPDM.

You need this add on for the task.

You can check details here:

WordPress PDF Viewer

You will be able to use two template tags for doc preview.
For single pdf, you can use [doc_preview]
for multiple pdf files, you can use [pdf_gallery]

Here is an example for you with both of the template tags used for pdf
