You can create users manually from wordpress users “Add New” option. Those users will be accessible from wpdm login.
And yes you will be able to select those users from the addon advanced access control.

I have rechecked the issue. Now it is fixed. Found that Deutsch translation is getting from wp-content/languages/plugins/
Updated the po and mo files there have fixed the issue.
However, I have installed loco translate free plugin there. You can use that to manage the translations and locations.

To receive support and updates for plugins and addons, you must buy WPDM Pro annually. You will be able to continue using what you have, support and update will be blocked after the subscription expires, it will work fine as long as it is compatible with the active WordPress version. But we don’t have any warranty for that for the expired orders. It is the same with the special pack.

However, I would suggest you to buy the special pack as you will get many addons of wpdm with different functionalities.

I am sorry WPML is not free I forgot that.
[txt=Order by] should be used in any page template or link template for translation if you’re using. In your case, it is not needed as you are using shortcode.

Please update wpdm to the latest version 6.0.8
It will fix many translation issues.

However, if some translations doesn’t work, you just disable the ‘needs work’ button from poedit then save. Also I have found the issue. In example for the string “Order By:” the translated string should be “Sortieren nach:” after the words : should be there. Then from poedit “Needs work” needs to be disabled.

From then on, the strings will be black instead of orange. After doing this, I found the string is working

WPML is a free plugin for translations and we are not the developer of that plugin. You can add that to manage translations.
Our plugins are translation friendly.
However, You can add [txt=Order by] on the template files to make the Order by button translatable.

Make sure that WPDM and all add-ons you are using of WPDM are in the latest version. If you can’t update it directry from WordPress dashboard, Please update from here.
Also please try disabling/reactivating related plugins.

Hi,

PDF Viewer doesn’t work with lazy download enabled pacakge. For now, deactivate Lazy download where you are using the PDF Viewer. You can disable lazy download from package settings.
