Hi,

You can’t change the WPDM upload dir. But you can set a custom file browser location. You can attach files to the package from that directory or child directory.

In WPDM Basic Settings Access Settings panel set your custom directory as File Browser Root. When creating a new package you custom dir files will be available in Browse tab of Attach FIle metabox.

Please upload file using the wpdm uploader.

wp media files are not handled by wpdm. It is handled by default wp. So wpdm is unable to calculate details.

We don’t suggest any cache plugins. Generally cache plugins causes issue as it doesn’t
Please deactivate caches to check if the issue still persists.
If it fixes, then please make exception those pages. It is not a wpdm issue.
