You can use items_per_page: Items to show per page within the shortcode to limit the no of display.

Its now seems ok. WPDM Download functionality coming properly.
The plugin “User Role Editor Pro” cause the problem. may be you need to check its functionality and uses or have to find alternate of it.

Hi Carrie, Thanks for using WPDM.
No, it’s not available in current shortcode structure. You have to list all categories that you want to show in the shortcode without the one you don’t.

I just checked and it is now ok. The upload box is coming properly.
It was due to your other plugin installed “OSM” which was blocking some functionality to render properly. I have deactivated the plugin OSM.

It is available with PRO version only to hide everything when download is not available for a specific user.

I have tested your site with the shortcode you mentioned and it seems working. May be you missed something on the shortcode to work properly.

You may need to check the guidelines to use the shortcodes where needs some parameter to specify.
