For exporting the CSV file, you can’t able to directly import the same CSV file. And for price variation for individual files within a package you can use file_prices column for that requirement, you can check the below CSV file and also can edit this file

To resolve the issue with Spanish characters (accents, ñ) in your CSV uploads, follow these steps:
1. CSV File Preparation
– Encoding: Save your CSV file in UTF-8 with BOM (Byte Order Mark). This ensures special characters are recognized.
-How to do it
1. Open the CSV in Notepad++ (Windows) or TextEdit (Mac).
2. Go to Encoding > Convert to UTF-8-BOM (Notepad++) or Format > Make Plain Text and set encoding to UTF-8 (TextEdit).
3. Save the file and re-upload.
2. Database Configuration
Your database/server must use UTF-8 charset and Spanish-friendly collation
via PHPMyAdmin
1. Go to your database > Operations vtab.
2. Set collation to utf8mb4_spanish_ci.
3. For existing tables, use Alter table to change collation.
