Hi,

Your problem has been solved. There are 74 plugins on your site. One of them called Smush plugin making conflict with additional preview images. I have disabled it. now it is working. please check.

Oh, I have thought it is with live forms, but contact form 7 generally not create the download link immediately. How do you have managed it? It sends the download link to the relative email.
