depends entirely on Google doc preview; the download manager has no role in this. If the Google Doc previewer has difficulty reading a document, it will display a ‘No Preview Available’ message. To resolve this issue, You can use the WPDM PDF Previewer add-on. Please kindly check.

When I am logged in, the issue I have seen that that download limit is increasing. But when I disabled all plugins for checking and and enabled one by one and after enabling all , the issue is not appearing. I have reset the limit, save settings. If you have activated it and it still shows in red “deactive”. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. You may also switch theme to another for checking. Please kindly check and let me know.
