Have you tried this process? Disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. Switching theme also to another for checking. Please check and let me know.

Hope you are well. You are doing Master Download Link, it will do so, it bypasses the restriction and does direct download. You can use [download_link] template tag for normal restricted downloads of files. Please kindly check and let me know.

The issue is appearing with my login too with your provided credentials. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. You may also switch theme to another for checking. Please kindly check and let me know.
