I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. Please kindly check and let me know.

I can’t see if there is any email assigned with my credentials profile. If already assigned then for the stats issue, I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. Please kindly check and let me know.
