I have added the below lines download-manager\src\Package\views\all-packages-shortcode.php file in line number 288

$download_link = $data['download_link'];

commenting out this line

//$data['download_link'] = WPDM()->package->downloadLink($data['ID'], 0, array('template_type' ► 'link'));

I hope it should open a new tab for the related packages

Please follow this doc for making the CSV file properly, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/bulk-import/ and this is a demo CSV file how should you make the CSV file, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/sample.csv, please check and follow it. I hope you should get the help

I have checked your issue. Download Manager is working fine with the latest version from your side. The pages were giving error making conflict with Beaver Builder Plugin. Have you used such a module that can make conflict with WPDM’s latest version for those pages? please elaborate on it or you may also check that
