If you are already using this, you shall get a post access control option from Membership access meta box. I have checked under the Downloads menu panel for DSF OOTW packages, there are many packages missing the attached files, so it is not working properly. After attaching files with the lazy download add-on it is working fine too. I think you may be using custom services. However, with attached files packages are download properly with the mask download option. please check and let me know
