Hope you are well. The issue was resolved by adjusting the endpoint of the Download Monitor plugin. But because of you are using lots of download monitor packages URLs on various pages/posts, you may have to edit those. and after all, adjusting the WPDM base URL, you can also able to use both of plugins. But maybe raise the issue again for the Download monitor plugin. I have tried my best to adjusting. I think you have also understood the issue for the base URL. I think because of the same base URL, both plugins not working at the same time. I hope you have understood the issue.

Hope you are well. I have found the issue. The popup is blocked with a layer that coming from your theme. If I switch the theme to other the popup working properly. I think there may have a conflict between theme style/scripts. please check the style/scripts settings for adjusting the issue. I hope it will resolve the issue. Hearing back from you

#1,
1 ) Download the latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
2 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.
#2, For voucher/coupon code for premium packages, is working fine from your side. I have tested from a test package, it is now working fine.
#3, And for translation issues, can you please follow this, https://developer.wordpress.org/apis/handbook/internationalization/localization/, our texts are translated ready. you can also use a better translate plugin

It has a small tooltip when you hover on the icon. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking, I hope thus your problem will be solved
