We have released an updated version. From this updated version, the code and file structure was totally rearranged. Now the problem is related to the base slug from the both plugins. I have changed the base slug of your Download Monitor plugin. then it is working properly. But maybe the issue remained because there are many pages where you have used manually Download monitor file URLS. you are also capable of changing the base URL of download files from Download Manager Pro version. But now Download Monitor files URLs not working properly. I am trying to adjust the issue. But issues have remained with your Download monitor plugin. please check this and let me know

Can you please activate/deactivate Premium Packages – Sell Digital Products Securely add-on again. you may also reinstall the add-on again. For base URL conflicts, you may adjust the download monitor base URL from the endpoint from settings. otherwise, you may also can purchase WPDM pro for getting a customized base URL for files/packages. please check. I hope you have e understood.

Hope you are well. I have checked that, for Download Monitor plugin and Download Manager plugin both have same base slug , like download, so it is conflicting. you have to change one of the plugin base slugs. for download monitor plugin you have an endpoint option from plugin settings. And for the download manager pro version, you have permission for editing the base slug too. please check. I hope you have understood.
