The error from the Change Subscription section was caused for payment currency dependency on our Premium Packages – Sell Digital Products Securely add-on, Pro membership add-on also requires premium packages add-on for various payment options. So you have to install this add-on too on your side. I have installed that add-on on your side, now everything is working properly. please check.

WPDM->settings->updates sometimes will not work with some sites for server settings. For now, For add-on updates, you can follow these steps,

2 ) Install the latest version and activate.

Hope you are well. For creating and cloning templates and for the full feature, you may have to use the PRO version of WPDM PRO, you shall get the features as I image attached for creating templates,

And for Free, it has a limited version. However, you can also edit link-template PHP files too, if you want to edit any pre-designed template you have to edit those directly editing PHP files at wp-content/plugins/download-manager/src/Package/views/link-templates dir files,

for making backup files, you have to follow this doc,

Our plugin also builds on standard WordPress and rich functionality. But the subject is that the issue appearing in the feature product variation and the error appears is not from our plugin. we can investigate easily if any error comes from our plugin. I think a script portion is conflicting from their plugin and the error also is appearing from their plugin. I think they can tell better which script feature is not working, thus they also give you a patch.
