Hello Ryan Stueve,

Hope you are well. Thanks for writing this. We have introduced a new AI feature for WPDM. You shall find it from Downloads > Settings > AI Settings. After setting credentials properly you are able to create templates with AI from Downloads > Templates > Create Page Template/ Link template section. Please kindly check and let me know.

I have seen the issue, the appearance is working on elementor editor, but not on the front page, however, does it conflicting with any WPDM Add-on? Please kindly check and let me know.

For changing role, the user needs to cancel the earlier subscription plan, thus from user that plan access will be removed. I have checked from our testing site. Please kindly share the login URL too for checking your issue. Please kindly check and let me know.
