It is coming from your theme single.php file, you can also copy the single.php file of your theme, edit the file for next, previous section and rename it single-wpdmpro.php file. Thus, I hope it may resolve your issue. Please kindly check.

Here user have to use Save & Notify Admin option. The automatic email option isn’t included because users might upload files by mistake, and the admin shouldn’t receive an email for those. For final confirmation, users need to notify the admin manually by clicking on the Save & Notify Admin button.
