Hope you are well. For video showing you can use our prebuilt Video Player template from Downloads > Templates > Page Template section as well as from the package settings too. And for custom page templates you can use this template tag [video_player_1200] in your template. please check and let me know if you have other queries

It is weird that the same appearance of all plans without price but some are appearing some are not. Is there any plugin enabled that restricts access for the plans or any other settings from your site that have been adjusted for restricting access? please check and let me know
