Hope you are well. Are you trying to bind the packages to the categories, For Category access and package roles please follow the below steps as I describe below,
Before giving access to a certain category for a particular role you have to set from the edit category option, then you have to make empty for Allow Access option or have to give a particular role on it like as I image attached or as usual for select member option too,
because
Package Access = Package Access + All Category Access = All Visitors + Author = All Visitors
and Package Access = Package Access empty + Category Access(Author) = Author
or Package Access = Package Access(Author) + Category Access(Author) = AuthorMore details can be found in the below link,

I think you can restrict certain packages with membership plans from the Package Setting >Allow Access option. Thus you don’t need to set those packages with a fixed price. please let me know, thus it help. otherwise, please elaborate more on your requirement

However, you can also check Linked Sites from your purchase dashboard panel and clicking the License Key option. you can remove your old one and add a new domain too from here, placing the license key in the new one. I hope you have understood

Hope you are well. And really sorry for your inconvenience. Please simply click the Save Settings again for the license key option from Downloads > Settings > License and then please update the plugin from the wp-admin > plugins panel. For saving settings again for the license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, that will regenerate the access token. Thus the plugin will be updated, hope that, it will solve your issue.
