Does the issue been resolved? If it is not still now, it may also can have conflict with other plugin/script. You can enable/disable other plugins and also can switch theme to another. Please kindly check.

I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. If you permit me I can also check this process. Please kindly check.
