I have checked your screenshot. I have to check from your browser console for the shortcode [wpdm_tree] if there are any errors that exist. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. Please check and let me know.
