Hope you are well. I have checked your issue. The New Sale Notification ( To: Seller ) is working properly from my testing site with the same version as you are using on your site. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme or it can be an issue from your plugin settings too. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. please let me know then.
And can you please elaborate on Product Approved! ( To: Seller ) email issue, please. Hearing back from you.

I have checked from your site for available packages in the dropdown, it is working fine from your side. However, For MP4/video preview the tag is [video_player_1200] and the template tags have to use in the HTML editor, just have to put like [file_list_extended] or [icon] tags, please check my attached image,

I have found the issue and already forwarded the issue to our developers. The issue happens when you set a login page from WPDM settings though the Clean login page is unswitched from settings. I hope soon it will be fixed in the next update. Meanwhile, I have set None Selected option from the settings, thus the design is working properly for now. I hope you have understood.

For using template tags, you have to use here(as I image attached), Link and Page Templates in the Code section as per your requirements,
I hope you have understood now.
And for choosing a package from the Gutenberg block, you have to type a package name/title similar in the input box and choose as I image attached

I have checked your issue. But for the title breadcrumb, it has been hooked in do_action('loveicon_breadcrumb_ready'); hook from your theme header.php file. It is very hard to find where the hook function has been initiated. I hope you have understood now. please check and let me know.
