I have checked that, for the folder, download-manager-files/cle_seminars/8 50 files, 40 showing issue, and it is showing properly 50 files from my side. And other download-manager-files/cle_seminars/3/CD3-2013 25 files issue also showing properly from my side. Can you please again check and let me know

For video player content will be available for all general download packages, But for premium/product packages, the preview will not come, you have to use the below template tag
[video_player_1200] in your page/link templates from Downloads > Templates > Link/Page Template, if you are unable to make adjustments, please refer/points on your requirements, and please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.
