Please check now. The issue is appearing because your header section has been fixed by CSS. However, I have adjusted from your theme Customizer > Additional CSS with the below code,

}

and adjusting the other parts, you may explore this directory file

We have fixed the issue with the sales price and released an update for Premium Packages – Sell Digital Products Securely add-on and for the PayPal issue, it is not a problem if you checkout without filling the form, those data ( name and email ) will be used from retuned PayPal data.
