Can you update your copy to the latest version, please? if that doesn’t resolve your issue then, I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking.

If you are modifying templates from here and this directory /download-manager/src/Packages/views/page-templates, you should back up your template files /{active-theme}/download-manager/page-templates dir. Thus, when you will update plugin, they will not disappear. please check the above doc too.
