Please adjust Email Lock Notification Email Templates from your Downloads > Templates > Email Templates > Email Lock Notification ( To: Customer ) through the Edit option. I think somehow it is detecting spam for texts by mail subject/body messages. please adjust those, I hope it will work properly then. please check and let me know

The feature is working properly from my testing site. However, I was checking if there was any conflict from your side, I was just disabling some plugins for testing. But suddenly your site has gone down. please check. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking .
