Hope you are well. Choosing from the Select From Media Library option. By default, it will do so. You can also choose the other option too. When you attach files from the media library as a URL WPDM simply redirects to that URL when a user clicks on the download button, but when you upload a file directly or attach a file from the server as a server path, WPDM handles the process. So, if your file is already in the media library, and you want the necessary calculations, please attach those files using the server file browser instead of the media library file selector. please check and let me know

I have checked your issue. The feature is working properly from our testing site. There is an error appearing while bulk updating in the browser console, I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. please check and let me know then.

Hope you are well. I have checked your issue. First of all your SMTP mail server is not working properly. The mail for the download link is not sending properly. Then for Invalid Download Link, it can be for setting Stock Limit: 0 from your related package settings or also can be for old Master Key from your package. I have adjusted those for your shared package URL. please check and let me know
